Friday On My Mind - 13

On my mind today, is some gorgeousness, I ADORE hydrangeas, and we're planning to replant our front garden with them when the weather isn't so freezing & wet, so for now I'm extremely happy with the new addition to our home, some lovely 'indoor' hydrangeas (so 'indoor' might equal not so real, but who's counting heehee).
I want to get a big glass vase for them, but this one will do for now, excuse the dust on the floor, I was having a 'pretty ' moment, not a cleaning moment :)

Happy Friday everyone.

Till next time,

Thanks to Rhonda from the
Down To Earth blog for her 'Friday On My Mind' idea, it's a gem, I've clicked through comments on numerous blogs on Rhonda's list, and on my own, and found some great blogs which I'm now following, and looking forward to discovering many more!

  1. You can have REAL ones indoors - dried... just pick a bunch and hang them upside down in a dry room and they will dry lovely.

  2. I will keep that in mind when we plant out our front garden Becky, will give drying some of the blooms for use inside all year long!

  3. That's the thing about fakies these days - they look so real it's sometimes hard to tell for sure!

    If you hadn't said, I wouldn't have known! :)

  4. What a nice thing to be doing today and not worrying about the dust. You know if you dust as soon as you turn your back, it lays down again. Have a lovely day, the rain has finally stopped here and the sun is coming out.

  6. Golden Lilly Crafts - Thanks, I snapped the photo on my way out the door to work, a lovely way to say adieu to my home for the day. Yes dusting is quite pointless I think :) We've got the sun out here too after 200mls of rain in the past week or so!

  8. Those are my favorites too! I plan to dry some of mine this summer. The ones I have in my front flower bed are purple and pink on the same flower. I also have some super bright pink ones and deep purple.

I just noticed that I hadn't approved your comment on my blog. It's on there now. Sorry it took so long.
